Driver Observations & Responsibilities
- •Drivers must submit all receipts for fuel, tolls, and expenses incurred during dispatch
- •Drivers are responsible for any loss or damage to the truck and cargo during their trip
- •All vehicles must be inspected before and after each trip (Pre-trip and Post-trip inspections)
- •Drivers must report any incidents, breakdowns, or delays immediately to dispatch
- •Valid driver's license, PRDP, and passport must be maintained at all times
- •Drivers must keep daily activity logs and location updates during trips
- •Any deductions from salary will be made for unreported expenses or damages
- •Drivers must ensure all border documentation is complete and accurate
- •Allowing friends or unauthorized persons to drive the company truck is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate dismissal
- •Drivers are allowed to pass through home for 1 day when loaded in South Africa going to Zambia
- •Drivers must keep the truck clean at all times
- •Salaries are paid between the 28th to last day of each month
- •Any tamper with diesel on the truck will result in instant dismissal
